We Grow Pasture-Raised, Heritage Breed Pork
Spare ribs are cut in sections weighing about 1 lb each then vacuum-sealed and frozen. They range in weight from 1.3 to 1.8 lbs per package. The exact amount will be tallied at the time of pick-up unless you pay in advance. In that case, we will get as close as possible to exactly what you paid for.
