We Grow Pasture-Raised, Heritage Breed Pork
Weight is approximately 2 to 4 lbs per package, vacuum-sealed and frozen. The exact amount will be tallied at the time of pick-up unless you pay in advance, then we will get as close as possible to the exact amount.
Hams come from the rear leg. Hams can be fresh, cured or cured-and-smoked. A fresh ham would be an uncured and un-smoked leg of pork. This particular product has been cured and smoked and is ready to warm and serve. All of our cured and smoked meat products are nitrate-free and MSG-free.
