Description
Sold in bunches of 1/4 lb early in the season (small leaves) to 1/2 lb late in the season (large leaves). Anticipate some insects holes in the leaves as these are grown in our organic system no chemicals are used. Collards taste the best and have ideal texture when there are grown in decreasing overnight temperatures i.e. fall time.
