We Grow Pasture-Raised, Heritage Breed Pork
Not very often do we have baby back ribs in stock! Baby back ribs are cut in approximately 12″ sections, vacuum-sealed and frozen. They range in weight from 1.3 to 1.5 lbs per package. The exact amount will be tallied at the time of pick-up unless you pay in advance. In that case, we will get as close as possible to exactly what you paid for.
Back ribs are cut from where the rib meets the spine after the loin is removed. The upper ribs are called baby back ribs, but not because they come from a baby pig. They’re only called baby because they are shorter in relation to the bigger spareribs.
