Sage is a perennial herb, that means it can grow back every year if we experience a mild winter. Native to the Mediterranean, sage a classic culinary herb that flavors meat and bean dishes. Sage’s flavor is most noted for Thanksgiving stuffing. We like to dry it for winter use in our homemade sausage recipes.
