We Grow Pasture-Raised, Heritage Breed Pork
This is unprocessed lard that has been frozen fresh and vacuum sealed. It is ground and packaged in varying amounts. Great for rendering into cooking oil or making fresh soaps. Fall of 2023 the packages are approximately 3 lbs each.
We Grow bacon is processed at Geiss Meats in Merrill, WI where it is cured with MSG/nitrate-free ingredients. All We Grow pork products are USDA inspected and we are state licensed to sell meat both from our farm or at the farmers market.
