Our cauliflower is grown using only organic methods. That means no chemicals and no sprays to control insects. We encourage you to soak cauliflower in a mild salt or vinegar solution before it hits the table. Blanching will also help dislodge any hitchhikers living inside. And please appreciate the chemicals that are not inside your We Grow produce.
Specify in your “order notes” during checkout if you would like white or purple. The farmer will make this choice for you if there are no notes are on your order.
