We Grow Russet Potatoes
Sold by the pound. Order either 1.5 lbs, 5 lbs or 10 lbs.
The variety is Gold Rush Russet this season. We have chosen it for its fantastic flavor in the kitchen and for its long-life in winter storage. Not to mention, this cultivar does well in our soil with little scab or hollow hearts. Russets are the only dry, baking potato that we grow. Perfect for baked whole, baked fries and wedges. We recommend you choose a variety other than russet for roasting, frying, soups, and salads.
