We Grow Red Potatoes
Sold by the pound. Order either 1.5 lbs, 5 lbs or 10 lbs. Oftentimes baby potatoes are a available as well.
During the months of July and August, our red potatoes are not yet cured and considered “new” therefore we recommend purchasing in small quantities and eating them within a week or they will turn soft. The earliest reds are our favorite! Perfect for boiling and smashing with bacon, cheese, parsley, butter and sour cream to be more specific. Later in the season, our potatoes are cured and ready for winter storage. They will last several months if kept cold and in the dark. Warm to room temperature about a day before eating if possible for the best flavor.
