Sold in 5 lb (half-peck) or 20 lb (half-bushel) increments. Please send us a message or call 715-905-0431 for a different amount. This just happens to be the size of our containers, but we will gladly get you exactly what you need for your recipe.
After years of trials, we realized the key is not one perfect tomato, but a combination of the entire flavor profile. Our boxes of sauce tomatoes include a blend of several varieties, both heirlooms and hybrids, chosen for their meaty texture and full flavor.
We also offer paste/sauce tomatoes in a blend of heirloom and hybrid of varieties.
