We Grow Garlic Scapes
Sold in a pint jar. Garlic scapes are an ephemeral treat that only lasts a couple weeks each year in late June and July. The scape is the future flower. Each garlic clove that we plant will grow one flower stem as it matures into a bulb. Fall planted hardneck varieties typically scape out in July. Extra scapes are available from our farm as pickles. Pickled scapes are great for a garlic lovers garnish or an incredibly unique bloody mary addition.
