Bacon is pre-sliced in 1 lb packages, vacuum-sealed and frozen.
We Grow bacon is processed at Geiss Meats in Merrill, WI where it is cured with MSG/nitrate-free ingredients. All We Grow pork products are USDA inspected and we are state licensed to sell meat both from our farm or at the farmers market.
