Early in the season, carrots are sold in bunches with the greens. Mid-season, we switch to carrots without greens weighed out to one pound per bag. If during the main (mid) growing season, you would like us to leave the green tops on, indicate in your order notes. All winter carrots (storage) have no tops. Depending on availability, please choose either rainbow or orange. Increase the quantity for more.
BULK CARROT ORDERS: Generally, we start offering bulk amounts of carrots in September. Storage carrots come even later, during the entire month October when it cools outside and the carrots begin to shut down and store sugars for the pending winter. We are currently offering a discounted rate at 4 lbs and 10 lbs. You can let us know in your order notes if you want rainbow instead of orange in your bulk order. Bear in mind that we don’t always have rainbow available.
