- Thelma Sanders Acorn – tan colored acorn renowned for sweet flavor and long storage
- Mixed Acorn – includes dark green, cream with green stripes (Jester) and tan (Thelma Sanders)
- Spaghetti – golden colored with its namesake spaghetti strand texture when baked
