Sold by the pound. Available as “baby” or “new” potatoes only in the month of August and sometimes Sept.
Peter Wilcox potatoes was a new variety for us in 2020 and it has quickly become a farmer favorite for how easy they are to grow and how productive they can be. This variety is a beautiful purple exterior with bright gold interior flesh. It is a great all-purpose waxy, chitting potato used much in the same way as Yukon Golds or German Butterball.
