Pepperoni is an American variety of salami, made from a cured mixture of pork and beef seasoned with paprika or other chili pepper. Pepperoni is soft, slightly smoky, and bright red in color. Thinly sliced pepperoni is one of the most popular pizza toppings in America.
Our pepperoni does contain nitrate to protect from botulism in the lengthy curing process. All We Grow pork products are USDA inspected and we are state licensed to sell meat both from our farm or at the farmers market.
