We Grow Dillweed or Leaf Dill
Sold in 2 oz bunches.
Dillweed is used for its leaves and has NO seeds. So while it does add flavor to pickles, this is not headed out seed dill. We love to use fern dill in dips and sauces as well as on cooked fish and in cucumber salad. Dillweed can also be dried easily for off-season use. Both leaves and stems are edible.
Dillweed grows quickly so please expect this product to vary in height throughout the season. It can range from about 6 inches tall to a foot or more within a few days. While we try to maintain succession plantings for a consistent product, please expect variation in what you receive.
