We Grow boneless chops range from 1.0 to 1.4 lbs per package each containing two chops. The exact amount will be tallied at the time of pick-up unless you pay in advance, then we will get as close as possible to the exact amount. If you prefer large or small, please add it to your order notes and choose “Pay at Pickup.”
Bone-in versus boneless chops: there are subtle flavor and textural differences, but the type of pork chop you ultimately buy comes down to personal preference and how you intend to use it. Some of his customers prefer the convenience of a boneless pork chop, while others prefer the fuller flavor of a bone-in pork chop. Whether you buy boneless or bone-in pork chops, there is no wrong choice.
